How to consume?

Stir 1 teaspoon of green powder into 1 liter of good alkaline water and drink at least 1 liter of the resulting "Supergreen drink" each day for every 14kg of body weight. It is best to start with 1/2 teaspoons of Supergreens and gradually increased the dosage.

 Some people just jump in day one with the recommended dosage (1 tsp SuperGreens and 16 drops Prime pH mixed in with every bottle of distilled water). Other people take half the dosage to start and work up to full dosage. My recommendation would be to take 10 days to work your way up to the recommended dosage of SuperGreens and Prime pH.

For example:

Day 1-3: 1/4 teaspoon of SuperGreens and 4 drops of Prime pH in every quart you drink
Day 4-6: 1/2 teaspoon of SuperGreens and 8 drops of Prime pH in every quart you drink
Day 7-9: 3/4 teaspoon of SuperGreens and 12 drops of Prime pH in every quart you drink
Day 10: Full dosage of 1 teaspoon of SuperGreens and 16 drops of Prime pH in every quart you drink

Why should you follow this protocol? Because SuperGreens is a very powerful cleansing product and some people can experience detox symptoms (which are GOOD!). Detox comes in many forms, i.e., runny nose, watery eyes, allergies, headache, heartburn, acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, feeling tired and sluggish , a rash, feeling like you have the flu to name just a few. To manage this, you can work your way into the program slowly. If, at any time, you experience detox symptoms, go back down to the previous dosage and work your way back up. For some people, you may have to just do the pH drops for a week or two, and then slowly introduce the SuperGreens back into the program. The goal is to get to full dosage.
