Exercise

Read this article to me

Everyone knows exercise is good for health. Muscles are the engines that burn fuel. Exercise increase your muscle mass and the more muscle mass you have, the higher fuel requirements. Burning the right fuel, as well as the right amount of fuel, is important to weight loss. Using fat, rather sugar, as your main source of fuel - especially during exercise- will minimize acidity, therefore increasing energy, strength and endurance.. Burning the fat produces six times the energy with half the acid compared to burning sugar or protein.

It is important not to exercise to the point to exhaustion. When you feel that burning sensation in your muscles, you are over exercising. Your muscles are exhausted, your body does not getting enough oxygen. Luckily there are signs of over exercising you can look out for.

Signs you are exhausted, over-exercising or burning sugar as you exercise:

  • Light-headedness
  • Dizziness
  • Cloudy thinking
  • Hearing yourself breathing
  • Burning sensation in your body
  • Your sweat smells like ammonia
  • Inhaling and exhaling through your mouth instead your nose
  • Unable to carry a conversation while exercise

Signs you exercise correctly:moderately and burning fat while you exercise:

  • Feeling peaceful
  • Feeling grounded
  • Feeling no pain
  • Clear thinking
  • Facial expression relaxed and happy

The important point in exercising is when you reach the point of pain, where you are burning sugar, you should stop immediately and drink a green drink or alkaline water to restore alkalinity.
