Distributor Compensation Plans

There are many ways for you to start your business. Once you have the title, you can still retain the title with purchase needed

• Level 1 - Sales Associate (SA)
  Requirements: Just pay US$15 for the processing fee. No commission is earned at this stage.
  

• Level 2 - Marketing Representative (MR)
  Become a Sales Associate and purchase $100.00 of product.
  
  Commission Qualification Requirement
  50 PV monthly autoship OR you must purchase 150 PV in regular purchases every 30 days
  Benefits : Eligible to earn daily commissions equal to 10% of the sales generated by your weaker team. (This will begin once you have sponsored someone on each team).

• Level 3 - Area Director (AD)
  Requirements : Become a Marketing Representative and have minimum of group sales of  US$300 in each of your two teams during any pay period.
  
  Commission Qualification
  Requirement : 50 PV monthly autoship OR you must purchase 150 PV in regular purchases every 30 days.
  
  Benefits : You are eligible to earn daily commissions equal to 10% of your weaker team and 25% of the commission of those who you have personally enrolled.
  

• Level 4 - Regional Director (RD)
  Requirements : Become a Marketing Representative and have minimum of group sales of US$1000 in each of your two teams during any pay period.
  
  Commission Qualification Requirement
  100 PV monthly autoship OR you must purchase 200 PV in regular purchases every 30 days.
  
  Benefits :You are eligible to earn daily commissions equal to 10% of your weaker team and 50% of the commission of those who you have personally enrolled.

• Level 4 - National Director (ND)
  Requirements: Become a Marketing Representative and have minimum of group sales of US$4000 in each of your two teams during any pay period.
  
  Commission Qualification Requirement
  150 PV monthly autoship OR you must purchase 250 PV in regular purchases every 30 days.
  
  Benefits :You are eligible to earn daily commissions equal to 10% of your weaker team and 100% of the commission of those who you have personally enrolled.
  
  The level does not stopped here. The final stages of the compensation plan are the Executive Levels. These two elite positions allow distributors to participate in Profit Sharing. The following two positions are qualified for quarterly and are not permanent titles, but a “badge of honor” for said quarter.

• SELECT NATIONAL DIRECTOR (SND)
  A Select ND is a qualified ND who has personally enrolled 4 ND’s, with a minimum of one ND on each leg, or team. To earn this title and be fully qualified for earnings at this level, the SND must sustain this title for 13 weeks (a company quarter). A Select National Director then shares in Profit Sharing of 0.75% of worldwide volume for that (13 week) quarter.
  

• EXECUTIVE NATIONAL DIRECTOR (END)
  An Executive ND is a qualified ND who has personally enrolled 6 ND’s, with a minimum of two ND’s on each leg, or team. To earn this title and be fully qualified for earnings at this level, you must sustain this title for 13 weeks (a company quarter). An Executive National Director then may share in total Profit Sharing of 1.25% of worldwide volume for that (13 week) quarter.
