Drink your way to optimium health and ideal weight

Our body is make up up to 60% of water. Everyday our body loses 2 to 3 liters through normal activity (breathing, sleeping, walking around). Therefore it is vital not only replace the water inside the body but also hydrate your body.

Unfortunately most of the fluid we drink are acidic like coffee, tea and soft drink. Even most tap water are acidic. These acidic fluid will burden our acidic body even more.

To make sure that the water we drink are helpful, we should only drink alkaline water. The alkaline water will prevent our body from being more acidic and waste away toxics accumulate in our body.

Dangers of dehydration

For ideal health and weight, you need much more good water. If you do not drink enough water, then you'll get fat and your body will tend to retain water. Simple as that. Even mild dehydration slows metabolism by as much as 3 percent. Most important, the body need water to neutralize acids and flush toxics through sweat and bowels. So the consequences in not drinking enough water may result in constipation, asthma, skin problems etc. As the blood thickens due to hydration, less oxygen is carried to your body, making you even more tired.

Making Alkaline Water

Add 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate or sodium silicate or 16 drops of prime pH to every 1 liters of water we drink. This will make the pH value fo the water more alkaline (more than pH 9). Everything you need to make alkaline water is also included in our Starter Pack .

How Much Water Do We Need?

As a general rule, you need to get 1 liter of alkaline water everyday per each 18kg of body weight. For example, for someone weighing 70kg, the person will need 4 to 5 liters of water.
